The dimensions of the GN 749 screw plugs largely correspond to DIN 908 and are matched with the outside diameter d2 to screw holes for pipe fittings in accordance with DIN 3852. However, unlike the DIN version, they have an elastic seal (rubber). This is embedded in a radial and flat recess, so that the sealing ring cannot be lost and cannot be squeezed out when tightened. The information on the permissible operating pressure is a non-binding guideline and excludes any liability. In general, it does not represent a guarantee of quality.
