Roller strips for roller rails

Roller rails GN 646.1, used in support profiles GN 646.3 made of aluminum, form roller rails for applications such as flow racks, packaging and order picking tables and linking work stations. The roller rails are clipped vertically into the support profile or pushed in axially. No fastening elements are required. Disassembly is possible in the same way. This means that individual roller rails can also be easily replaced. The roller axes are made of plastic and thus ensure low-noise bearings, low friction and maintenance-free operation. The rollers made of elastic polyurethane (TPU) are used for sensitive goods. If necessary, the roller rails can be easily separated at a distance of 27 mm. In conjunction with appropriately cut support profiles, very individual roller rail lengths can be realized.
