Optibelt TT frequency measuring device

The optibelt TT frequency measuring device is used to check the pre-tension of drive belts by measuring frequency. Its compact design means it can be used universally for drives in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry and for many other technical applications.

The optibelt TT can be used effortlessly even in hard-to-reach places, so that V-belts, V-ribbed belts and timing belts can be checked quickly and easily for their pre-tension values.

After switching on, the device is immediately ready to collect data. The measuring head is held over the belt to be measured (two red LED light points help with positioning). The pre-tensioned belt is then set in vibration (tapping it with your finger is sufficient). The optibelt TT begins to collect data and displays the result in Hertz [Hz]. The condition, color and type of the belt have no influence on the measurement.
